- Shipping & Handling
- Items are packaged and usually ready to ship within 1-2 business days after placing the order. We are open M-F and closed during the weekend and holidays. Any orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be handled when staff comes back the next business day. We offer shipping service via USPS & UPS . If you require special handling for any packages, please feel free to contact us. Items are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays except on holidays. If a shipment falls on a holiday, it will be shipped the following day.
- Privacy & Security
- We value your privacy and never share or sell your personal information for any reason. Any information that you provide will be used internally to process your orders.
- Returns & Replacements
- We will honor returns for any factory sealed item(s) if they are returned within 15 days of the purchase date of the item(s) and if the item is still in production. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped out of our warehouse. We offer and encourage adding insurance to your orders. We will not be responsible for any items damaged during shipment if no insurance is purchased. Factory defective items can be exchanged for the same item only, if the item is still in production otherwise no exchange is possible. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or the original method of payment. Shipping fees to and from edbomberToys will NOT be refunded. Customer service must be contacted before returning any items.
- Ordering
- When you find an item you wish to purchase, add it to your cart and then click on "proceed to checkout" to finalize your purchase. You will be taken to the checkout page where you will enter your billing and shipping information. Select your shipping service, review your order and click on "place order" to finalize. Once you place your order, you will be sent an email notice to confirm your order. When your order is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive another email to notify you of shipment. The email will also contain any tracking numbers that are associated with the order. All orders can be viewed by logging into your account and selecting "My Orders".
- Payments & Preorders
- edbomberToys accepts Paypal and all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. We offer many items for presale months before they are released. Payment for preorder items must be made at the time of purchase. Once payment is received, you will be placed on our preorder list for the item. Items are allocated on a first come first served basis. If for any reason our supply is shortened or cut and are not able to fill your order, your payment for the item will be fully refunded. We will do our best to fulfill all orders but we are not responsible for ny supply shortages or our shipments being cut from our supplier for any reason.
